Refunds & cancellation

Updated 4 October 2026.

How to request a refund

Send a clear cancellation or refund request to info@kaireni.com. Include your name, service and order date; an order number is optional. We acknowledge receipt by email. Do not send card numbers or bank passwords.

Conditions & timing

Where Georgian consumer withdrawal rights apply, cancellation is available within 14 calendar days of the service contract, subject to statutory exceptions. Eligible refunds are paid without undue delay, within 14 calendar days of notification, through the original payment method unless you agree otherwise without additional cost.

Starting during the withdrawal period

For a consumer order to start within the 14-day withdrawal period, we request your separate express consent by email before work begins. The right of withdrawal can end after the service is fully performed only with your prior consent and acknowledgement of that consequence. Sending a request or accepting general terms alone does not provide this consent. If you do not request an early start, we agree a later start and delivery date before payment.

Cancellation email template

To: info@kaireni.com, merchant identified below. “I withdraw from the service contract for [service]. Order date: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Notification date: [date].” You may instead send another clear statement of withdrawal. An order number and a reason are not required.

Service problems

An unfinished or defective service can also be raised through the contact above. The applicable remedy is assessed against your agreed order and mandatory consumer rights. We do not treat a personalised report as automatically non-refundable. Card processing and receipt timing depend on the payment provider; we confirm the refund when it is issued.
