Digital delivery

We deliver the written report to the email agreed with the customer, as a PDF or an access-controlled download link. There is no physical shipment. Check the email address before submitting; contact info@kaireni.com if the result does not arrive.

Deadlines

Express Check: 2–3 working days. Full Check: 4–6 working days. The paid-service period starts once payment and the complete required materials have been received. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding Georgian public holidays. Free Score: email response within 24 hours; other paid Score services and retainers have a deadline agreed before payment. Support hours are every day 10:00–20:00 Tbilisi time and are separate from working-day delivery periods.

Missing materials or delay

If materials are incomplete or unreadable, we ask for replacements and confirm the start date. Changes in scope require a new agreed deadline. If we cannot meet the confirmed deadline, we notify you and agree a new date or cancellation. Contact us if a result does not match the agreed deliverables; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
