A human specialist reviews your plan and the report before it is sent. This website receives requests; it does not automatically analyse uploaded plans.

Can I send a screenshot from a listing?

Yes, as long as the rooms and walls are readable. Dimensions help but are not required.

Can you tell me if a wall can be removed?

No. Only a structural engineer can decide that. We flag layout issues and show where a change would help.

Do you keep my plan?

Only as long as needed for the report, and never longer than 12 months. Ask us to delete it at any time: info@kaireni.com.
