Who we are
KaiReni runs kaireni.com and its products Layout Score, BIM Check and AI Architect. Contact: info@kaireni.com.
What we collect
Form data: e-mail, name if given, selected answers, files and links (plans, drawings, models). Hosting providers process technical request data. If you open optional live chat, its provider processes chat messages and technical data. We do not add advertising pixels or advertising cookies.
Why
To prepare the report or review you asked for, reply to you, and send Kai’s Notes if you subscribed. Nothing else.
Where it is stored
Netlify stores submissions and uploaded files and sends notifications to info@kaireni.com. When connected, Supabase stores request details and file references. Telegram notifications contain only the request ID, form, language and selected service. Optional live chat connects to tawk.to only when you open it; tawk.to processes messages and technical data. Do not send confidential plans through chat. Google Fonts receives your IP address when fonts load. Server credentials are never sent to your browser.
How long
Files: until the work is done and never longer than 12 months. E-mail for Kai’s Notes: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@kaireni.com. If you are in the EU, you may also contact your data protection authority.
Our products’ limits
Layout Score and BIM Check are independent professional opinions on the materials you send. They do not assess structural safety or load-bearing walls and do not replace official review, engineering calculations or permits. Kai Reni is an AI persona; a human expert reviews reports and publications.
